1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QuestionsDey (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. QuestionsDey is operated by Steeze Tech, a student-led initiative at the University of Ghana.

2. Eligibility

QuestionsDey is intended for university-level students and educators. By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. While designed for University of Ghana students, the Platform is accessible to anyone who agrees to these terms.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use QuestionsDey only for lawful, academic purposes. You may not:

• Upload leaked, stolen, or upcoming (not yet administered) exam papers
• Upload content that infringes on copyright or intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the Platform to engage in academic dishonesty or examination malpractice
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content in an automated manner
• Post harassing, abusive, or inappropriate comments or solutions
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

5. Content Upload Guidelines

When uploading past questions, you agree that:

• The content is a past (already administered) examination paper
• The document is clear, legible, and in PDF format
• You provide accurate metadata (course code, name, academic year, exam type) where possible
• You have the right to share the content, or it is publicly available academic material
• Uploaded content may be reviewed, modified, or removed by our team

By uploading content, you grant QuestionsDey a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute the content on the Platform for educational purposes.

6. AI-Powered Features

QuestionsDey offers AI-powered quiz generation and tutoring features. By using these features, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors and should not be relied upon as the sole source of academic information. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated quizzes, explanations, and responses with official course materials.

7. Community Features

QuestionsDey includes community features such as ratings, comments, and solution sharing. When participating in the community, you agree to be respectful, constructive, and helpful. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content and moderate community interactions. Content you post in the community (comments, solutions) may be visible to all users.

8. Intellectual Property

The QuestionsDey platform, including its design, logo, code, and original content, is the property of Steeze Tech. Past questions and exam papers uploaded by users remain the intellectual property of the University of Ghana or their respective creators. QuestionsDey acts as a hosting platform and does not claim ownership of user-uploaded content.

9. Limitation of Liability

QuestionsDey is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, academic outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.

10. Content Removal (DMCA)

If you believe any content on QuestionsDey infringes on your copyright or intellectual property rights, please contact us at questionsDey@gmail.com with details of the infringing content. We will review and remove content that violates intellectual property rights in a timely manner.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Use, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise inappropriate. You may also delete your own account at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Continued use of QuestionsDey after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
